At the end of the year, the gourmet restaurant The Patisson of Villemoisson-sur-Orge accumulates marks of recognition. “It’s one of the best restaurants in the Department”says the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Essonne (CCI) about him. A few days ago, she awarded it four Papilles d’or, the highest distinction in the eponymous competition which rewards the best restaurants in Essonne. Recently, the Villemoissonnaise brand has also received all the attention of Culinary College of France.
Patisson has, in fact, just been recognized by this collective, founded in 2011 by 15 renowned French chefs (Ducasse, Dutournier, etc.). The latter works, with his 3,000 membersall artisans and quality activists, “building a sustainable alternative to the industrialization of food”. In short, he maintains the pleasure of eating well with quality ingredients. With its traditional French cuisine, homemade with fresh produce, the Essonne establishment applies this ethic to the letter.
The menu changes every week, evolving according to the seasons

Right now, on the menu, he has pork shoulder “glazed with juice, accompanied by tasty porcini mushrooms and fried butternut mochi”. We also find wild duck of the Perche, of the square of Aveyron veal or even scallops snacked. Without forgetting the starters and desserts. Menu prices start from 29 euros (€) per person for lunch and €49 for dinner. For children (up to 10 years old), it’s €20. As the restaurant only seats 25 people, reservations are recommended.
