“I lost 9 kilos”: Enora Malagré reveals her incredible weight loss following an important decision

Enora Malagré, 42, has been fighting for many years against endometriosis, a very painful and debilitating chronic gynecological disease. But the columnist recently made a radical decision which allowed her to notice a clear improvement in her state of health.

Dramatic weight loss by stopping sugar

Suffering from a sugar addiction for a long time, Enora Malagré finally decided to completely ban this food from her diet. A profitable choice since she lost no less than 9 kilos! “Since I stopped sugar, the endometriosis attacks have been less violent, I have lost 9 kilos, but really“, she confided on the set of C Médiatique.

And besides, I lost the first 6 kilos almost instantly. I'm in a slightly more even mood, so a little less painful […] and I'm really, physically, much better. There is a change in my life, but it was obvious.“, she added, rejoicing in the benefits of this new sugar-free lifestyle.

Endometriosis, a daily battle

Despite this weight loss and this improvement, Enora Malagré must continue to deal on a daily basis with
his endometriosis
. This disease, which affects 1 in 10 women, remains poorly understood and the treatments offered are not always effective.

Enora Malagré regularly talks about her personal fight against endometriosis, in particular her violent pain and her probable infertility. “I am grieving. I don't think I will have children. That’s how it is, it’s the Mektoub“, she confided with emotion last November.

A precious testimony

By sharing her experience of endometriosis, the former TPMP columnist contributes to breaking the taboo that still too often surrounds this disease. Her testimony is precious for all women who suffer from it and feel alone in the face of this fight.

His spectacular weight loss by stopping sugar also gives hope. Although it is not a miracle cure, this dietary change appears to have a positive impact on symptoms. An avenue to explore to improve the daily lives of patients.
