Khloe Kardashian is in disarray against the Ozempic. The reality TV star told “Bustle” that she wishes this anti-diabetic drug, which some divert from its original function to lose weight, existed when she was trying to lose a few pounds 10 years ago.
Khloe Kardashian said she was “furious” that Ozempic “didn’t exist ten years ago.”
The 40-year-old reality TV star revealed that she would have liked to have been able to use this antidiabetic, diverted from its original function to lose weight, when she was younger. And it doesn’t matter that today, people suffering from diabetes regularly find themselves faced with stock shortages of this vital medication for them because of people who believe that they have extra pounds and want to lose them effortlessly!
That’s the case for Khloé Kardashian, who told Bustle that she’s lost a lot of weight in recent years, thanks in part to the use of weight-loss drugs, but that the path hasn’t always been easy.
“I underwent a pretty significant body transformation during my 30s, losing a lot of weight with the help of medication,” she explained. “I was so ashamed of my weight, because I was trying so hard to lose it and feel like myself, but nothing was happening, for various reasons.”
She added that people often assumed she had to have surgery to lose the pounds.
“Over the last three years, people have said to me, ‘You had to have surgery because you lost weight.’ I tell them: ‘I’ve been working there for ten years! What are you talking about?’” Khloe Kardashian said.
The entrepreneur of Good American said she had long struggled with her waistline and the public’s reaction to it.
“I suffered fat shame every day when I was bigger. And when I lost weight, people said to me: ‘how dare you, you are so insecure, you follow the injunctions of society’,” she added.
