We’re approaching Survivor Series WarGames weekend, but WWE officials are already working on the next special event.
This is the special WWE Saturday Night Main Event 2024 show which will be broadcast live on December 14 as mentioned on Catch-Newz. An old concept which is making a comeback to have a special show in the month of December.
Today, PWInsider took stock of the subject and we learned that WWE also wants to have a style ”old school” in addition to having this old name. WWE officials are working on the concept to have a presentation, images and musical style of the old era. Saturday Night Main Event was a weekly show primarily from 1985 to 1992, so that gives you an idea of the style they were going for.
Also, there will be different personalities from the past for the show and recall some historical moments. The first name to have confirmed his presence is WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Hart according to information from PWInsider. He was a recurring personality at shows of the time in his role as manager.
The other names to be added to the program will be ones to watch over the coming weeks.
As a reminder, Saturday Night Main Event will be broadcast in France on AB1 on December 17. As for Canada, it is currently impossible to know who the broadcaster will be, otherwise it will be necessary to go through the American channel NBC.
