The film by Nicholas Ray, made in 1955 and starring James Dean and Nathalie Wood, will be the subject of a debate evening with the association Aux films de la Moine.

James Dean plays in “The Fury of Living” a young man breaking with the social and family conventions of the 1950s. His partner, Nathalie Wood, won a Golden Globe with this film in 1957. James Dean died in an accident car even before the release of the film which will elevate it to the rank of myth.
Nicholas Ray’s now cult work will be screened again on Wednesday December 4 at 8 p.m. at the CGR in Cholet. This retrospective will be the subject of a presentation and debate by the Aux films de la Moine association.
