A journalist by profession, Blanche Bahoken managed to captivate the heart of Lamine Cissokho, the bachelor of this 3rd season. During the final episode, Lamine finally confessed his feelings for Blanche, whom he had secretly admired since the beginning of the adventure.
Despite Lamine’s attempts to hide his attraction, he could not contain his emotions once in front of Blanche, whose sincerity and charisma seduced him.
There were initially 20 candidates from African countries in order to find love. But gradually, Lamine, this 34-year-old Senegalese actor, proceeded to eliminate the candidates with whom he had the least affinity. The alchemy between the actor and the Cameroonian journalist, Blanche Bahoken, has not gone unnoticed on the web.
But throughout the adventure, the 26-year-old young woman sowed doubt in the actor’s head. She revealed to him that she can be unfaithful when she feels abandoned.
‘’A woman once she no longer feels comfortable in a relationship, she can look elsewhere! Even if it means that the other knows where he went wrong”, she blurted.
Lamine replied: ”This is not the right behavior when you’re in a relationship. These are things that if we go out together, it’s not going to work out for me. Let her be sincere and we’ll part ways. I appreciate that she is honest with me but I admit that her tendency to be unfaithful turns me off!’’.
As a final choice, Lamine Cissokho decided to go hand in hand with Blanche Bahoken.
He stated that although she was very exposed to temptation, he fell in love with her. The show ended with an engagement ring given to the Cameroonian journalist.
At the same time, the other contender, Nelsa, also shared her emotions by revealing that she was in love with Lamine. However, he only sees her as a friend, which complicates the situation. The public hopes that the budding romance between Lamine and Blanche will go beyond the simple reunion of the finale and avoid the pitfalls of past relationships like those of Zeynab and Clive Ketu.
