Taylor Swift, who has just completed a series of six concerts in Toronto, wanted to thank her many Canadian spectators for their warm welcome, their affection and their kindness in her most recent Instagram publication.
“Our 6 shows in Toronto were incredible. It was great to play in Canada after such a long time. As always, the Toronto fans treated us like it was a hometown concert. I couldn’t have asked for more love or generosity from the people who came,” the superstar wrote.
The 34-year-old diva is delighted to have been able to deliver the songs on stage Us et Out of the Woods with Gracie Abrams, a singer-songwriter she says she loves.
“The emotions became quite intense for me and the rest of the team because it became extremely real for us: our next city will be the last of The Eras Tour, and the closing of the most extraordinary chapter of my life so far,” she adds, visibly moved by the upcoming conclusion of this incredible tour.
The singer promises the people who will be present at the final shows in Vancouver to give them “everything we have for three more concerts”.
The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology will be available online from November 29 at 1 p.m. with the official tour book Eras from December 7.
Taylor Swift will be in concert at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver on December 6, 7 and 8.
