The charm of the Nutcracker ballet will once again invade the Salle Michel-Côté d’Alma on December 21 and 22. The Prisme culturelle students will perpetuate the tradition by once again presenting this major show.
In total, 127 young dancers will be part of this Christmas tale offered for the 26th time on the stages of Alma.
The two performances open to the public will take place in the afternoon to accommodate young and old.
The artistic direction will be ensured by France Proulx, one of the administrators of the dance school. The main character of Clara will be played by Lily-Rose Gagné, and that of the prince by Xavier Thibeault.
The enchanting settings and Tchaikovsky’s music promise to delight spectators.
