« The woman is extraordinary and the story is extraordinary. » Elsa Grenouillet, head of the Lab’ de la Voix du (videos, podcasts, infographics), received the Grand Prix for reporting from the Hauts-de- press club this Thursday evening for her documentary Lili-Rosenberg, one life, one voice. Broadcast on Weo in a 52-minute format, this portrait of the last survivor of the Shoah in the region was also adapted into a series of eight episodes for the site The Voice of the North. « The journalist manages to surprise the viewer by giving great strength to the testimony », appreciates the jury. An important testimony of which we now have a trace.

During the legislative elections

Valentin Briard, 30, received the Young Journalist Grand Prize for his article Legislative: ”We’re scared!”, street educators, already under tension, hold their breath. This article appeared in June on the website of The Voice of the North illustrates the feelings of street educators in the face of the unprecedented advance of the extreme right at the polls at the time of the legislative elections. And the jury welcomed the highlighting of essential work that we know little about.

Independent journalist, Clémence de Blasi is winner of the Grand Prix de l’investigation for an in-depth portrait of the president of RC published in the magazine XXI on the president of RC Lens: Joseph Oughourlian, a mining financier. Nejma Chebah received the Grand Prix community press editor for a sensitive and positive film about three young people who were placed and Claire Denniston the Grand Prix for communication for her campaign on the thirty years of Eurotunnel.
