The jewelry brand Rhita Créations now has its address in Casablanca. Its founder Rhita Benjelloun has just opened her boutique in the Gauthier district. “ After Rabat and pop-ups everywhere, it was time to settle in Casablanca », smiles the bubbly Rhita Benjelloun. Between the walls of its intimate store, all its collections: “Traces” with geometric patterns, “Kandishan” which is full of symbols celebrating women, or “Touareg”, a line of jewelry that is both fine and feminist, inspired by Tuareg. In this latest collection, great Tuareg feminist figures inspired her in the creation of certain pieces like Tin-Hinan, considered the mother of the Tuareg people and the ancestor of the nomadic tribes, or Dassine, Tuareg poet and sultana of the desert who participated in the warriors’ council and was respected by all. “ We present, exclusively in Casablanca, our new collection “From Scratch”, large colorful necklaces in wooden bead, resin, natural pearls », specifies the designer who has seen her brand take off since its launch in 2019.
