The Ô Fadoli bar is back in Marseille for the winter

After its summer break, the “like a neighborhood bistro” (but in a slightly younger and more dynamic formula…) from the Borderline team is back in place for the winter season. Meet from Thursday to Saturday from 6 p.m. to midnight on rue Neuve-Sainte-Catherine, just above the Rive-Neuve quay in (7th). The basic formula is unchanged from last winter: cocktails for around ten euros, glasses of wine for less than €5, plates to share.

There we find part of the team gathered around Christian Mellon who, in the good weather, officiated at the Îlot de la Corniche: Ashley, Natty and Hugo, who manage the room. At the bar, another Hugo is at the shaker; the kitchen is managed by Provençal chef Lætitia Balitran (already working at Yen or at the caterer L’Arrêt creation).

Another older place in the Mellon gang which regains color in winter: Butte Bompard (in a former fishmonger). La Butte is only open on Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. with its unchanged aperitif recipe with friends.

Ô Fadoli, 8 rue Neuve-Sainte-Catherine, Marseille 7th; Butte Bompard, 85 boulevard Bompard, Marseille 7th.
