Daniel Spoerri, mischievous eye of art, died on November 6 at the age of 94. Daniel Spoerri is a mocking dive into the absurd that is before our eyes, an ironic look at the daily life, a summary in heterogeneous and common objects of this universal dilemma that is the human condition and which is taking shape with the work of an artist. “Each painting that I paste is the reflection of an incredible number of actions and reactions that are intentional, thoughtless or risky. This dirty glass, this old alarm clock, this rusty nail, why are they there?
