Charles Aznavour’s Provencal villa, located in Mouriès (Bouches-du-Rhône) in the Alpilles massif, is now available for rental. This exceptional property offers fans of the singer, who died in October 2018 at the age of 94, intimate access to his world, as reported Le Figaro Real Estate .

Estimated four years ago at two million euros, the villa is therefore offered on Airbnb and Booking. Capable of accommodating up to 16 people, it includes eight bedrooms, ten beds, an indoor swimming pool, a tennis court, a cinema room and a thousand-year-old olive tree surrounded by earth brought from Armenia, symbol of the attachment of Aznavour to its roots. Olive oil production
Acquired by the Franco-Armenian artist in the 1990s, the house is a place imbued with serenity, as the singer’s neighbor explained: “He completely created this house and it calmed him a lot. From the balcony he could survey the estate, keep an eye on what was happening. »
The estate still produces olive oil, called “Aigo Claro”, in homage to the singer’s initials. Renting this house means following in the footsteps of the artist, currently at the center of a biopic, Mr Aznavourworn by Tahar Rahim.
