Manon goes above and beyond to help Rachel

At the shared accommodation, Rachel receives a surprise visit from Manon. She’s not working today and thinks a little company would do her good. Rachel puts some water on to heat to make tea. Seeing a pair of scissors, she remembers her attack and feels unwell. She loses consciousness. Manon, worried, wants to help him, but her chair is stuck because of the carpet. The young woman then decides to get up and, and, after a little effort, she manages to walk to Rachel, who begins to come to her senses. Manon is surprised to have been able to walk again. She wonders if she can do it again. Rachel is sincerely delighted for her.

Nathan’s future departure saddens Mona

At the Spoon, Bart questions Nathan about his departure for Montreal with Valentine. Nathan explains that his girlfriend was accepted into college there in January. Bart is happy for them. At this moment, Mona arrives and only greets Bart. He quickly understands that Nathan spoke to Mona about his departure, and that she did not take it well. Nathan joins Mona in the kitchen, where she tells him that she can’t accept that he’s giving up everything to run a rickety restaurant on the other side of the world. She thinks he’s taking excessive risks. Then, Mona scolds Nathan for not feeling guilty about leaving her alone, especially after everything she’s done for him. Nathan reminds her that she is not alone, since she has Joel. But that doesn’t change anything. Mona says to him: “Don’t come crying in my petticoats when you’ve lost everything. » Nathan asks her if she will come to his going away party tomorrow. Mona replies that she has other things to do. Nathan blames the blow.

A little later, at the Little Spoon, Bruno confides to Nathan that he, like Mona, is very sad to know that he is going to go to the other side of the world just when they were starting to get along well. However, he believes that Nathan should live his life and take advantage of every opportunity that comes his way. Then he hands her an envelope full of American dollars, not Canadian. Nathan remarks kindly to his father. Bruno then confides to Nathan that he is proud of the man he has become and that he will always be there for him. Moved, Nathan replies to his father that he loves him too. Night has fallen on Sète when Valentine stops by the Spoon. Mona makes him understand that she is angry with him for having convinced Nathan to accept Charlie’s proposal. A little later, Valentine confides to Bart that she came to talk with him.

Soizic is in danger

At the police station, Timothée continues his investigations concerning “MGTOW 34”, an individual active on a masculinist forum, the one who stuck stickers in the gym using model glue similar to that found on the clothes of Lilou after her attack. Victor’s son shows Michael a message from the supposed predator, published the day before on the forum, in which he declares his intention to do it again. Furthermore, Damien informs Michael that he discovered a reference linked to the prescription drug used by the predator when he contacted Sara. According to the only supplier in the region, in Sète, the Saint-Clair hospital is the only establishment to have acquired this type of prescription maker.

At the roommate, Bart dictates a voice message to Sara in which he tells her that he learned what she suffered. He adds that he is terribly sorry and that he will always be there for her. Rachel heard everything. Bart confides to him that his friend was the victim of the same predator. Rachel is devastated. She remembers Sara being great to her during her testimony. Bart confides to him that he doesn’t know how to behave towards Sara. He doesn’t know whether to send the message or wait for Sara to tell him about what happened to her. Rachel thinks he should send her the message, because it’s essential that she feels supported. She adds that it might do her good to hear his words, and thus save her from having to tell her story. Bart thanks her and sends the message.

At the hospital, Michael informs Victoire and Samuel that the predator’s next target would be a doctor who works there. He then shows them the message he wrote to Sara and on which Damien managed to isolate a word that would have been written by transfer on it. Samuel makes the link with a progestin. Michael then leaves to question Soizic. She thinks she must be the only one still writing paper prescriptions. But his scheduler is always locked in a locked cabinet and only brought out at the time of consultations. Michael hypothesizes that the man he is looking for is someone close to one of his patients. He describes him as being around thirty years old, rather athletic and a priori macho. But Soizic doesn’t see. Michael informs him that they are investigating a repeat sexual predator of whom Rachel is one of his victims. He then tells Soizic that everything suggests that she would be the next victim.

Back at the police station, Michael summons the spouses of Soizic’s patients. Damien isolated a partial DNA fingerprint on the strength training elastic found by Mélody after her attempted attack. He tests these men to see if their DNA matches. And at the same time, the investigators check their alibis. Michael informs Roxane that Soizic refused police protection. Now that she is on guard, she is convinced that she is safe. Taken into confidence by his partner, François shares his concern with Mélody. She tries to reassure him, but it does quite the opposite.

Joël, for his part, goes to the model store to buy glue. He meets Ulrick Lesueur, the owner, to whom he confides that his partner had decided that making models would help him to be less clumsy. Ulrick advises him not to give in.

In the evening, in the hospital parking lot, a man hides behind a car. He is holding a bag with the model store logo. He takes out a resistance band and a pair of scissors. Seeing Soizic approaching his car, he prepares to come out of hiding. But at that moment, Michael arrives and calls out to Soizic. Pushed by François, she finally accepted police protection. They both get into Soizic’s car and leave the parking lot. The repeat rapist observes the vehicle leaving, and it is Ulrick Lesueur, the owner of the model store, the one who had attacked Rayane a few days ago.
