This three-day event dedicated to decoration, sugar art and baking is in its 30th edition.
A life-size replica of US star Taylor Swift has had to be removed after being damaged in transit.
“We have pieces from all over the world. Artists came from all over Europe and Ireland. People have sent us pieces from Canada, North America and even Australia. It’s truly an international mix,” said Rob Baker-Gall, owner of Mr Baker’s Cake School.
