The Star Academy is in full swing. The students are beginning their fourth week of competition and a third student has been eliminated from the adventure. It is in fact Thomas who left his comrades after failing to convince them to keep him. They preferred to return to the castle with Maïa. The latter impressed them during her performance on a cover of Casting by Christophe Maé.
In addition to the competition that rages to try to win this prestigious competition, many Internet users have complained on social networks. Critics who made Mathieu Vergne come off his hingesone of the producers of the TF1 telecrochet. He took the time to write a very long message on his X account in order to respond to all the detractors of the program.
Mathieu Vergne explains the progress of the Star Academy
Mathieu Vergne is a shadow figure of the Star Academy. He is one of those people who allows the program to exist. He is responsible for ensuring that everything goes as smoothly as possible. Following the Saturday evening bonus, numerous technical problems have particularly annoyed Internet users. As is often the case on the Internet, criticism goes very quickly. The producer therefore wanted to explain all the measures that were taken to ensure that the result was as perfect as possible.
He notably returned to the problem encountered by Charles and Noah. “ The famous ears, for example, are a huge comfort for students. This allows you to have the same sound as during rehearsals. for everyone and personalized sound. (…) The only problem is managing the sound of the public which passes through the students’ microphone and which disrupts the settings made during rehearsals (without an audience…!).”
The producer explains why it sounds different to viewers
Very upset, Mathieu Vergne wanted to make it known that the problem did not necessarily come from TF1. He explained how complex the entire chain that carries the sound and image to the viewer was. So there are many factors which impact the sound between the transmitter and the receiver. Intermediaries who, according to Mathieu Vergne, modify the initial product. All technical problems cannot therefore be attributed solely to TF1 and its teams.
“Please know that the mix that leaves us is very well balanced, again by great professionals. Afterwards, everyone has: a different operator (Orange / free / sfr etc.) (which has its own settings). A different TV / soundbar / rear speakers / etc. It would actually be necessary to make a personalized setting for each one, which is impossible. (…) Appoint a representative and we will show them behind the scenes to better understand the complexity of everything that is done every Saturday! “. An appointment is therefore made next weekend for a new bonus which we hope will go well.
