The documentary Chris Brown: A History of Violence broadcast this Sunday, October 27 in the United States on the Discovery channel, highlights new revelations about the dark character that is Chris Brown.
Indeed, already known for acts of domestic violence, which even caused him to be boycotted in certain countries, the singer is the subject of this documentary in which new testimonies tarnish an already inglorious portrait.
One particularly striking passage reveals a sexual assault that Chris Brown allegedly perpetrated on a woman aboard a yacht moored outside Sean “Diddy” Combs’ mansion. The vessel mentioned also belongs to the famous rapper who is in prison until his trial.
This woman, testifying anonymously, chose to share her story in the hope of “shedding light on what really happened”. She also confides that she received death threats since his identity was revealed.
An evening in Miami in 2020
The events would have taken place in 2020 in Miami, where she would have been invited by a friend on the yacht of Diddy, currently incarcerated for sex trafficking. It was there that she met Chris Brown who started a conversation with her and handed her a drink.
She says that, from that moment, his “memory became fuzzy”. She only remembers that the singer handed her a second glass and that from then on she began to feel “tired and heavy in body”.
“Chris Brown is an incredible and talented musician, but let’s call it what it is: he attacks women. Constantly, without apologizing”
The anonymous victim
She goes on to describe how the RnB star then took her to a bedroom, where she says she felt an intense feeling of stillness. Chris Brown, she claims in tears, would have abused her despite her protests.
The artist’s lawyers denied all of these accusations in the documentary.

He threatened to kill Rihanna
The documentary also delves into the numerous other allegations against Chris Brown for abuse and sexual assault. Starting with his arrest in 2009 for physically assaulting his girlfriend at the time, singer Rihanna. The report reveals details of the 15-year-old incident report that earned Chris Brown five years of formal probation, as well as community service.
The attack took place in a Lamborghini that Brown had rented a few days before. That evening, the couple attended the Grammy Awards. The evening promised a festive atmosphere, but the singer violently attacked his partner.
Just before that, Rihanna confronted him with an extra-marital affair which she had discovered via a message from her boyfriend’s phone. While Chris Brown was behind the wheel, he went so far as to threaten his partner with death.
“Chris tried to push her out of the car by opening the door and throwing her out. She had her seat belt on, so it didn’t work. Then he hit her in the eye. He continued to hit her and her mouth filled with blood.”
Et:
“Chris was driving, hitting her with his right fist while he drove with his left hand. This continued for several blocks.”

The singer then faked a call to her assistant, hoping that the fact that she was on the phone could protect her. But in vain:
“Now I’m really going to kill you”
Chris Brown, to Rihanna.
“He then strangled her so hard that she began to lose consciousness.”
Rihanna took advantage of the vehicle stopping to flee to the nearest police station. The photo of his swollen face then went around the world and caused Chris Brown to fall from grace.
