“Not only is he a gifted climber, but…”

With his solo victory in the junior road race at Zurich World Championshipsthe Italian Lorenzo Finn concluded an exceptional season. Earlier this summer, the young 17-year-old rider had already demonstrated his immense talent with victories at the Italian time trial and road championships, a third place in the Tour Ain Bugey Valromeya victory in the general classification of the stage race Aubel-Thimister-Stavelot and a second place in Tour of Lunigiana. Finn hopes to continue its momentum in the U23 category.

“Staying with the team is the best way to continue my development journey. This year I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the whole team and staff, so I can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store for us” said the Italian. We are delighted and honored to see Lorenzo remain with the team and progress through our new U23 development structure. Not only is he a gifted climber and stage runner, but he is also incredibly humble and pragmatic, which is reflected in his calculated approach to racing.” added the development director, John Wakefield.
