The work published by Assouline editions will be presented for the first time in France this Sunday, May 12 at the La Vida restaurant in Nîmes.

“I am addicted to Andalusia. When I was contacted by Assouline Editions to write a book on Seville, I immediately said yes.” From this Spanish passion was born, a year later, Sévilla Arte, a work released last April, where Paul-Maxime Koskas dresses splendid photos with poetic texts, in order to present all the romanticism, the richness of the culture, the Sevillian heritage .

Nîmes, first city in France

“The reactions have been incredible in Spain, confides Paul-Maxime Koskas, who divides his time between Seville, Madrid and Aigues-Mortes where he bought a house. I had the impression that they were being honored. I know that Sevillians are proud of their city and their region, but I was really able to measure it. People even stopped me in the street to talk to me about it, even though I’m a stranger there! But I also think that they were proud that a Frenchman spoke in these terms about their city.”

A beautiful 312-page work dedicated to the splendid Seville.
