After standing out in a gold dress at the Molières in Paris on May 6, Laetitia Casta flew to Rome on Wednesday. The actress met the team of her new film there “A Black Story” (“A Dark Story”) for the preview, before a release in Italian cinemas on May 16. The opportunity for the Frenchwoman to unveil two new simple and effective looks.
Wednesday evening in front of the photographers, Laetitia Casta caused a sensation in a mini dress and suit jacket. An outfit, completed with a pair of platform sandals, which highlighted her legs. On the photocall, the former model posed alongside Italian screenwriter and director Leonardo D’Agostini, who directed her in “Una Storia Nera”.

In the thriller “Una Storia Nera”, Laetitia Casta plays the main role: that of Carla, ex-wife of Vito Semeraro, a violent banker, whom she is accused of having killed a few years after their separation. A film inspired by the book of the same title, published by the Italian Antonella Lattanzi in 2017. No release date in France has yet been announced.
This new project in Italian cinema follows a busy year for Laetitia Casta. Last year, in France, the actress distinguished herself in the films “Le Consentement” and “Happiness is for Tomorrow” (directed by her mother-in-law Brigitte Sy). She was also on stage, opposite Roschdy Zem in the play “A Special Day”, adapted from the Italian film by Ettore Scola released in 1977.
