This Wednesday, May 1, 2024, we will celebrate Labor Day. On this public holiday, public transport is severely disrupted. In Nice (Alpes-Maritimes), tram and bus traffic throughout the Metropolis will be stopped for the entire day.
Like every December 25 and January 1, users will have to find another solution to get around. THE parkings will also be impacted.
Parcazur and agencies closed
“Lignes d’Azur informs you that no trams and buses will run on Wednesday May 1, 2024,” indicates the authority on its website. No service will therefore not be insured. If you were planning to go to the city center of the Riviera capital or to your workplace by public transport, you will need to review your plans.
Lignes d’Azur also specifies that “the public transport service for people with Reduced Mobility, Mobil’Azur (call center and service), Parcazur, commercial agencies as well as the customer relations center” will be closed.
It is therefore advisable to anticipate, the traditional May 1 demonstration also being planned for departure from the Théâtre de Verdure at 10 a.m. in Nice.
