Mazamet. Marie- Fortanier: a multi-faceted painter
Descriptive text here

Marie- Fortanier exhibited her works at La Richarde. The artist who has just created his business hopes to find other places to exhibit. Painting was a hobby for her, but it has become an activity that she hopes to make profitable. She has been painting for twenty years.

His paintings are very colorful: “I do a lot of different things. When I paint I work on two or three paintings at the same time. I move from one to the other. A painting will be based on concentration, particularly figurative paintings and then I let off steam on the abstract, so I move from one to the other.” She paints landscapes which can be a little abstract. His exhibition at La Richarde was shared between the different themes of his works. On one side landscapes, on the other abstract with very geometric shapes. Further portraits: “My first passion was female nudes, that’s what I started doing first. I also painted babies a lot.” Always in the abstract, she also paints floral works. It’s a beautiful exhibition that she presented at La Richarde with variety in themes, lots of colors and original techniques. The artist is ready to exhibit in other places. She can be reached on 07 69 76 93 88 or by [email protected]
