The Brasserie de la Halle continues its musical evenings on Thursday, September 26 with Carpe Diem, which is actually a five-piece band, with two guitars, drums, a saxophone and a harmonica and three singers. With its roots in American and British rhythm’n’blues, it brings you the music of Canned Heat, the Rolling Stones, Credence Clearwater, Sonny Boy Williamson and Buddy Guy.
Good old rock
But you will also discover the rock of Bruce Springsteen and the Eagles, the rock’n’roll of Chuck Berry and the soul music of Wilson Pickett and Ben E. King. Not to mention Nina Simone and Bob Dylan. In short, good old rock as we like it.
Get ready to be served not only a great menu at La Brasserie de la Halle, but also great music and great songs!
It turns out that the members of the group are part of the association Chez les Garites village voisin (Gariès). This is the first time they play in Beaumont and they will of course be very happy for your support. So see you next Thursday in Beaumont for a feast of rhythm’n’blues!
