Jazz and Gospel Festival: a festive evening to recruit volunteers

Jazz and Gospel Festival: a festive evening to recruit volunteers
Descriptive text here

Like many associations, the Encausse-les Thermes jazz and gospel festival needs volunteers for its next event (from August 22 to 25). The festival will notably welcome the violinist Thomas Kretzschmar and his quartet, the Mint Julep orchestra led by Jean-Luc Guiraud, the harpist Camille Heim and the Trocadero Jazz with Emmanuel Pi Djob and Esaï Cid.

The Midnight Blue association – which runs the festival – is therefore recruiting people of goodwill who wish to join the event.

An original recruitment which involves two measures. First, volunteers already involved with the association are invited to sponsor a person (or more!) to strengthen the team.

Then, the 2nd phase of recruitment will include a festive evening in Cabanac-Cazaux on Friday April 19 (from 6 p.m.).

The evening will begin with a look back at fiscal year 2023 (music school and festival). This will be followed at 7:30 p.m. by the opening of the photo exhibition by Jean-Louis Lurdes – THE photographer of the festival – and then a concert by passionate Jazz musicians.

Participants will be able to eat on site.

And everyone will have the opportunity to talk about the organization of the 2024 festival and the distribution of volunteers across the different poles.

Notice to amateurs: anyone who wants to lend a hand is welcome.
