Yes, Patrick Truchot and Marc Pautet really need this little stimulant to get through the final preparations for the second book fair offered by the Mémoires vivantes association since it took over the organization. The event will take place on Sunday, September 15. “This year, we will have 57 authors, publishers, bookstores, gathered in the multipurpose room,” explains Patrick Truchot. “We hope to repeat last year’s success. This is the fourth time that Quarré has hosted this fair, which was organized two years in a row by the Arts et créations en Morvan association before us, and it is now highly anticipated by authors and readers.”
This year, a few newcomers have slipped in among the regulars and this fourth Quarré book fair will be able to count on the presence of star writers such as Didier Cornaille, Sandra Amani, Patryck Vaucoulon, Noëlle Renault, and Françoise Grard, who has published around fifty works, many of them with Flammarion Jeunesse. Associations will also be present, such as Mémoires vivantes which, in addition to this fair, has many projects in the pipeline.
