Running as the middle-class candidate, Kamala Harris is directly opposed to Donald Trump, whom she accuses of pampering the rich and multinationals. She therefore promises to increase the small business tax credit tenfold, from $5,000 to $50,000, according to a campaign official.
Goal: 25 million new small businesses
According to the same source, this new tax credit would cover the average cost of creating a small business, currently estimated at $40,000 in the United States. If she wins the presidential election, she will set herself the goal of reaching 25 million new small businesses created in four years.
