The city of Nador welcomes, from December 24 to 29, the 2024 the 9th edition of the Aerobics, Fitness, Hip Hop and Similar Sports Festival Under the honorary presidency of HRH Princess Lalla Meryem.
Initiated in partnership with the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, the province of Nador, the OCP Group, the French Embassy and the Institute French from Morocco; This event organized by the Royal Moroccan Federation of Aerobic Sports, Fitness, Hip Hop and Similar Disciplines (FRMSAFH) is part of a process of democratization of sporting practice with a program including: courses for the general public, workshops adapted to people in disability, personal development sessions for their parents, Sport-Health workshops and sports activities intended for prisoners in the local prisons of Zaio and Nador.
Remember that for more than 28 years, the Royal Moroccan Federation of Aerobic Sports, Fitness, Hip Hop and Similar Disciplines (FRMSAFH) has promoted sport as a lever for individual and collective development. Through this new edition, the institution reaffirms its attachment to its values of sharing and conviviality.
On the program for this 9th edition of the Aerobics, Fitness, Hip Hop and Similar Sports Festival; courses in Aerobics and Fitness, Personal Development sessions, a sports and health workshop on stress management and aggression and a conference on personal development under the theme of “Reconciliation with oneself, a path to a new beginning”.
