Chair posture
- Spread your legs hip-width apart and place both feet flat
- Take a deep breath, keep your back straight
- Exhale while gently lowering your pelvisas if an invisible chair was beneath you
- Hold the position for a few moments without going too low to avoid losing your balance
This posture works your legs and warms your body, promoting the circulation of energy. In just a few minutes, you will feel a boost of vitality.
Tree pose
- Stand upback straight and chin slightly lowered
- Root your foot straight into the ground
