The conference “Finding good sleep thanks to Bach Flowers” will be held on Wednesday November 27 at 8 p.m., at 3 route du Barri, in Loubens-Lauragais. This meeting, led by Geneviève Enggasser, approved Bach Flower advisor and trainer, offers to discover how flower essences can contribute to emotional well-being and improve the quality of sleep.
Geneviève Enggasser, founding member of the French Bach Flower Institute, will present the method developed in the 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach. This natural and safe approach aims to rebalance emotions, relieve states of stress, sadness or fear, and thus bring calm and serenity. In no case do Bach Flowers replace a medical approach, but they offer additional support to regain emotional balance.
In addition to her certified training in Bach Flowers, Ms. Enggasser has diverse expertise in energy and personal development. She enriched her skills with training in transactional analysis, art therapy, bionutrition, aromatherapy and transgenerational work, as well as courses on Australian Bush elixirs.
