The My health space service has entered the daily lives of the French

Launched almost 3 years ago, My health space has been activated by 15 million policyholders. Nearly 500,000 connect to it every week, according to Health Insurance data.

Around 1 in 5 policyholders (1 in 4 among people aged 60 and over) have activated this service and 40% of application users return to it from one month to the next. More than 4 million have downloaded the mobile app, which obtains an average rating of 4.6/5 on the stores. “ Today, My health space has become the reference service for consulting your health data and sharing it with your health professionals. You can find your biology or imaging reports, your medication prescriptions, and all the documents useful for monitoring your health. », Recalls Health Insurance.

More than 1 in 2 health documents are sent to patients via this system by healthcare professionals and establishments, which represents 270 million documents submitted over the last 12 months. This dynamic is supported by the Ségur digital program to connect all software for easy and secure sharing of health data.

Health Insurance is now positioning My Health Space as a digital health record with multiple functionalities to use according to your needs: storage and sharing of information, medical profile for easier care, secure messaging, selection of trusted health applications (33 available), diary with forecast calendar bringing together all health follow-up appointments for the user and their family (examinations, screenings or vaccinations). The service is continuously evolving. For example, it will soon make it possible to exchange data from a connected watch.

From the end of September to mid-February, 32 million policyholders with a My health space profile will receive an email to encourage them to activate the service and take advantage of its features. To avoid any phishing attempt, they are invited to check that the sender of the email is: [email protected]. Health Insurance points out that this is a free service and that you will never be asked to complete bank details to activate it.
