1. Wash your hands regularly with soap and water or use hydroalcoholic gel.

2. Ventilate indoor spaces optimally and regularly.

3. If you sneeze or cough, use a single-use tissue or sneeze into your elbow, then wash your hands.

4. If you experience symptoms such as fever or at least two other symptoms (cough, headache, sore throat, muscle pain, etc.), we invite you to consult your doctor and follow his recommendations. If your doctor advises you to stay at home, we ask you to respect his instructions.

5. When you are no longer acutely ill and symptoms subside: wear a mask for at least 5 days when in contact with other people and maintain distance, especially from vulnerable people.

6. If you are a vulnerable person, wear a mask in crowded places.

As a reminder, you are considered vulnerable if:

• You are over 65 years old

• You have a chronic illness (lungs, heart, liver, kidneys, metabolism, or neuromuscular)

• You have an immune disorder

• You are pregnant
