After a degree in psychology, Clara Fagret obtained her hypnotherapist diploma in Besançon. “My mom is from Orgelet. Slimming and EMDR
She mainly receives adults, the elderly, and more rarely children. “I treat smoking cessation, pain management, stress, sleep and everything that involves self-esteem, confidence, letting go,” explains the specialist. She will also follow training to help her clients lose weight and also offer EMDR, an eye movement psychotherapy which targets individuals’ traumatic memories.
“To stop smoking, I offer a package of €170 with an unlimited number of sessions until the objective is reached,” she explains. Sometimes a session (40-50 minutes), by appointment, is enough. Clara Fagret wants to be reassuring. “During the session, people hear everything and remain in control of themselves. The feedback is extremely positive. The people who come to see me are happy and grateful. I use different tools like stones, essential oils, inhalers to help with relaxation and complement hypnosis work. »
Clara Fagret is also a master practitioner, which allows her to offer regressions, in traumas in the mother’s womb and up to the age of 4 years. “Hypnosis brings trauma to the surface and helps manage them. »
The professional multiplies actions to make herself known. For example, she went to La Vie Claire. She could intervene in hospital theaters or retirement homes to help manage pain and alleviate fear of medical care. For people with reduced mobility, it offers transportation. She has intervened a lot in recent months between Lons-le-Saunier and Saint-Amour.
