During the board of directors of the National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC), held on December 25, 2024 under the chairmanship of Ahmed El Bouari, Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, of Rural Development and Water and Forests, and in the presence of Abdeltif Loudyi, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of the National Defense Administration, Karim Tajmouati presented the exceptional results for the 2024 financial year. Here are the main highlights:
ANCFCC achievements in 2024:
– 373,000 new land titles established across the Kingdom.
– 1,100,000 hectares registered.
– More than 2,000,000 digital property certificates issued.
– Turnover achieved: 9.2 billion dirhams.
– Direct payment of 6 billion dirhams** to the general state budget.
Summary of achievements in recent years:
– 3,500,000 land titles created, representing **43% of all land titles in Morocco.
– 214 rural municipalities covered by free general land registration, with 1,240,000 new land titles created.
– 11,600,000 hectares registered, or 62% of the total area registered in Morocco.
– 3,800,000 hectares of forestry land registered, reaching a total of 6,600,000 hectares.
– 4,000,000 hectares of registered collective property, for a total of 5,000,000 hectares.
Technological Innovation and Digitalization:
– Integration of new cutting-edge technologies into cartographic and cadastral processes, including:
– Stations permanentes GNSS.
– Aerial shots by planes and drones.
– Use of Mohammed VI A and B satellite images.
– Scanning of the ANCFCC’s documentary base and creation of digital databases.
– Digitalization of services intended for citizens and institutional and professional partners.
Contributions to the State:
– The total contribution of the ANCFCC to the State amounts to 40 billion dirhams, including 29.7 billion dirhams paid directly to the general budget of the State.
