The weekend of November 10 and 11, 2024, marked the 4th and 5th days of the 100% Landes Senior Women’s Departmental Championship. As part of Pink October, the Landes de Football District collaborated with the La Holi association to fight against breast cancer.
The opportunity for the Landes Football District to highlight women’s football and to unite in the face of illness. The funds donated to HOLI will be used to support patients (sick people or people in remission) by offering nutritional advice, sessions with health professionals (Psychologist, Hypnotherapist), socio-aesthetic treatments, and adapted physical activities such as yoga and Pilates. Each member benefits from personalized support.
Thus, each goal scored during this day brought €5 to the La HOLI association. With a total of 40 goals scored, €200 will contribute to helping the La Holi association, a sum to which must be added €100 from the Landes Football District. In total, no less than €300 will be donated to Holi. A great act of commitment to women and men suffering from breast cancer.
Present this Monday, November 25, 2024, Chloé BIDORET General Secretary and Jérôme COURROUYAN Administrative and Financial Director of the Landes de Football District presented the check to the members of the HOLI association.
