The schedule for the highly anticipated TGL finally revealed

The launch of TGL, the new indoor competition supported by Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and the PGA Tour, had to be postponed for a year, when an electrical failure at the end of last year caused the collapse of the structure supposed to accommodate participants and spectators.

Last March TGL announced the terms of the competition but also that the indoor league was going to equip itself with a permanent building that could withstand a category 5 hurricane.

It is therefore at SoFi Center de Palm Gardens (Florida) that the different franchises in this competition, broadcast live on ESPN in the United States, will compete.

Around 1,500 spectators will be able to attend simulator matches between Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, Matt Fitzpatrick, Min Woo Lee, Collin Morikawa and Justin Thomas.

A total of 24 players will make up the six teams which bear the following names: New York Golf Club, The Bay Golf Club, Los Angeles Golf Club, Jupiter Links Golf Club, Boston Common Golf and Atlanta Drive GC.

Note that for the big premiere scheduled for January 7 at 3 a.m. in France (9 p.m. on the east coast) neither the team of Tiger Woods (Jupiter Links) nor that of Rory McIlroy (Boston Common Golf) will be there. part. We will have to wait until January 27 to see the two-player formations face each other.
