Bill Clinton campaigns for Kamala with a McDonald’s pit stop; see how people reacted

Former President Bill Clinton visited a McDonald’s in Georgia as part of a final push for the 2024 election to rally voters for Kamala Harris. While there, the staff recognised him and took pictures with the former president.

With the election just weeks away, both Clinton and Barack Obama are stepping up their campaign efforts.
On Thursday, Obama made headlines while campaigning in Pennsylvania, directly targeting Donald Trump and encouraging voters to back Harris. He expressed concern over what he termed a “hesitancy” among Black male voters regarding a woman president, urging them to reconsider their stance.
During a spirited rally in Pittsburgh, Obama likened Trump’s lengthy speeches to those of late Cuban leader Fidel Castro and labelled the former president as out of touch with everyday Americans. He acknowledged the tight race ahead, stating, “This election’s going to be tight,” particularly as many voters grapple with rising costs of living.
Obama dismissed Trump’s recent ventures, including selling bibles, as “crazy” and called attention to the former president’s embrace of conspiracy theories. As the crowd booed Trump, Obama urged them to take action: “Don’t boo — vote,” and reinforced his belief in Harris’s qualifications, stating, “Kamala is as prepared for the job as any nominee for president has ever been.”
Recent polling indicates a competitive race, with an NBC survey showing Harris and Trump tied nationally at 48% support each. This marks a notable shift, as Trump has gained ground since September, where he trailed Harris by five percentage points. The current poll highlights a stark gender gap, with Trump leading among rural and less-educated white voters, while Harris maintains support among Black voters and younger voters with college degrees.
