A 14-year-old teenager was found seriously injured in a street in Saint-Leu-la-Forêt (Val-d’Oise) this Tuesday evening. The discovery was made by municipal police officers who had been alerted by residents. They had reported a violent fight between individuals armed with sticks and katanas, says The Parisian.
The victim’s vital prognosis was reserved at the time of medical treatment by emergency services. The young man was transported to Beaujon hospital in Clichy (Hauts-de-Seine). He suffered in particular from a wound in his abdomen caused by a knife.
No arrest
After the discovery of the victim, the police began looking for the participants in the brawl but no suspect was initially arrested. The territorial crime division (formerly departmental security) of the interdepartmental direction of the national police (DIPN) of Val-d’Oise was responsible for the investigation. The DVD mayor of Saint-Leu-la-Forêt, Sandra Billet, ordered increased security.
