Just like his dad, minus the career.

Romeo Beckham, the Spice Boy’s second son, has decided to retire from the world of football to focus on… modeling. Despite being offered a contract by Brentford, the London club where he plays with the reserves, Romeo prefers to realize his dream of working for major fashion brands and more specifically the Parisian haute couture house Safe, according to The Sun.

This is not the first time that the offspring of the former legend of Red Devils is looking to end his football career. In 2015, he decided to leave Arsenal to devote himself to a tennis career. In vain, since “Papa David” offered him a contract at Inter Miami in 2020, a club that the English football star has owned since 2018. Outside of his football career, he already worked with brands such as Yves Saint-Laurent and was the face of the Puma brand in 2021. Roméo Beckham will, however, continue to work at the club, as he will take care of the Brentford Penguins, a team made up of players aged five and over with Down syndrome.

A great way to celebrate your exit from the professional world.

Beckham returns to England!
