This year again, the club wanted to benefit the players of the association of this partnership, by providing a new endowment a few weeks ago and new jerseys.
Born of a rapprochement since 2018 thanks to our former third-line Hugh Chalmers, this partnership makes it possible to highlight the actors of this Sport that is rugby chair, mostly suffering from tetraplegia or degenerative diseases.
Sport represents for these sportsmen an opportunity to spend through spectacular physical activity, while creating social ties through the values of rugby.
In parallel with the sportsman, Drop of concrete implements many awareness actions, in order to convey a dynamic and positive image of disability.
-The match against the Munster therefore allowed the association to highlight its commitment, as well as the athletes who make up its chair rugby team.
A big thank you to the dear President Laurent Marti and to all his team for the highlighting of our section … A beautiful moment of gathering of the big family of rugby which shows the commitment of the UBB to a real inclusion.
In continuity of what was done on Saturday, several hopes and their staff were able to participate in an awareness -raising session with disability and initiation to chair rugby. A real discovery for those who were not present in previous editions, the operation taking place every season.
