5 – YOUNG FRIEND
All his outings at Enghien are good, with the exception of two attempts which included excuses. His success rate on this racecourse attests to this, with 72% in victories and places. On the Soisy plateau, Young Friend remains on two successes acquired during the summer, including one on the course which he returns to this Monday. He will be stripped of all four feet once again and associated with Alexandre Abrivardwho knows him well. In this European race, “it will all be a question of journey” confided his coach, who thinks he is capable of getting on the podium. An opinion shared by our “AI” which gives it a 14/20, placing it among the outsiders.

Absent from the slopes for more than 9 months, after a good 2023 season, he is progressing in the right direction since his return to competition during the summer. Placing fourth last at Vincennes, this Monday at Enghien, he will find Eric Raffin to his sulky. A tandem that is a hit! In five associations, he has one victory, two podiums and two fourth places and has 100% success in the first 5. Once again without his irons, a configuration in which he has never left the top four, he has a very good card to play in an event where he is also well into the winnings ceiling. Unsurprisingly, this is reflected in his 16/20 average. According to our ranking, he is one of the favorites.
