The public services of the past are closing one after the other, but for several years now, administrative procedures have been grouped together in France Services relays.
With the dematerialization of administrative documents, it is now possible to do everything online, provided you have a computer or smartphone available, and know how to navigate these dematerialized procedures.
For all those who encounter difficulties, who do not want to spend too much time on these procedures or who are afraid of making mistakes, there are the France Services relays. In these reception centers, users are supported, for example to sell a vehicle, declare their taxes or modify their CAF file.
The model, designed to bring state services closer to users, has spread since its creation in 2019. The relays have multiplied and it works. So much so that the Court of Auditors, whose role is often to warn the state against the inflation of public spending, has just drawn up a glowing assessment of the system, recommending its extension.
In Creuse, there are now twenty France Services relays, to which is added a traveling France Services bus.

In Dun-le-Palestel, the France Services “la Palette” relay welcomes and supports up to 50 users per day. A number that is constantly increasing.
