How the Vendée Globe affects skippers’ hands

For 64 and 65 days, the hands of Charlie Dalin and Yoann Richomme were subjected to a severe test: carrying heavy loads, using the winch column, frequent temperature changes, climbing the mast… Without them, the winner of the Vendée Globe and his runner-up would not have managed to return to Les Sables-d'Olonne.
