serious passenger accident on the RER C in Seine-Saint-Denis, traffic partly disrupted

Difficult end to the weekend for users. Due to a serious passenger accident that occurred at Épinay-sur-Seine station (Seine-Saint-Denis) this Sunday, January 19, 2025, traffic is disrupted on the RER C between the Invalides in Paris and Pontoise (Val-d'Oise) after more than an hour of interruption.

“A person hit by a train”

The SNCF provided more details on this accident. “A person was hit by a train,” she said on the line’s Twitter account.

Originally interrupted between Gennevilliers (Hauts-de-Seine) and Val-d’Oise, traffic has been able to resume, but remains disrupted on part of the line.
