Hugo and Tom, two Salonnais passionate about Formula 1, embark on the Moroccan adventure of the 4L Trophy

The 4L Trophy is an orienteering race over 6,500 km which takes place every year for young people aged 18 to 28. She is now preparing for a departure in February.

In reality, the Salonais Hugo Casella and his friend Tom Foltier have been preparing their departure for for several months already. “We bought the car in and started making the modifications“, assured Hugo.

Pay homage to the famous Alpine

The pilot and his teammate Tom, both from the same engineering school, Isen (School of Digital Engineers) in , therefore, to embark on this adventure, created the 4Lpine association.

The reason for this name? The two young men, passionate about automobiles and more specifically Formula 1, want to pay homage to the famous Alpine through the design of their machine. Therefore, the crew car must proudly display the characteristic blue color.

To finance their journeys, each crew must link up with sponsors. Some Saloneses companies have already responded to the call of the two adventurers who continue to prepare for their upcoming departure.

The race being known for its humanitarian aspect, each participant must bring sports equipment, school supplies which will be redistributed in Morocco via the Enfants du Desert association, and non-perishable foodstuffs, collected by the Red Cross at the start. .
