The American Trackhouse team gathered its troops on home soil, at its base in Charlotte, North Carolina, with the mission of being the first to organize its official presentation ahead of the MotoGP season. Justin Marks' team revealed its entire racing program, bringing together the MotoGP team with the team that competes in NASCAR, and if that says a lot about the team's attachment to its American identity, this disappears from the livery of the RS-GPs unveiled on this occasion.
The Aprilia satellites, which will be of the same spec as those of the official team, in fact abandon the US flag and now have a light blue base streaked with black and yellow. We can see a new sponsor, the oil company Gulf, on an otherwise rather bare set.
“We're changing livery and it's more Trackhouse colors now,” notes team principal Davide Brivio, adding with a mischievous smile: “But we will still see different things in a few races, we are going to play a little with the liveries this season… Let’s leave it a bit of a surprise! This is one version and we will have a few more.”
At the helm of the short presentation which took the form of a rather informal video in the Trackhouse premises, Justin Marks, the owner of the team, highlighted the “continuity” what 2025 must be like in an adventure having led his training to MotoGP a little earlier than expected. Arriving in 2024 after the RNF team was sidelined, Trackhouse nevertheless ensured a smooth transition by taking charge of the Aprilia satellite program with a duo at the time unchanged formed by Miguel Oliveira and Raúl Fernández.
However, the results were not those hoped for in 2024, the drivers having ranked 15th and 16th in the general classification with injuries and the only improvement being their performances in Barcelona and at the Sachsenring. Among the teams, Trackhouse only beat the Honda teams.
Last February, Trackhouse made a notable recruitment in the person of Davide Brivio, who has since brought his touch to troop management. For its second season, the American team therefore has the firm intention of raising its level of play, relying on the expertise of the Italian and the fact that Aprilia is fielding four motorcycles for the first time. identical.
Trackhouse retains the services of Raúl Fernández, who extended his contract for two years and is now the only driver from Noale's group to remain in his position. He is joined by Ai Ogura, one of the three MotoGP rookies this season after his title in the Moto2 category, also under contract for two years. The two men know each other well having competed in Moto3, then in Moto2, and will now be responsible for supporting the collective effort while Jorge Martín and Marco Bezzecchi will form the factory team.
“This is the first year that I will be riding a factory bike in MotoGP,” rejoices Raúl Fernández. “The bike is not going to change in the middle of the season, which is very important for me. I also know that we will have a very important rider in the factory team, in this case the world champion, and we will have its data to try to improve.”

As is the custom of MotoGP, it is mainly for the livery of the bike that this presentation was of interest, since in terms of technical developments it will be necessary to wait for the end of the pre-season tests, within a month.
“We can’t wait to go to Sepang for testing,” underlines Davide Brivio, “and we have quite a few new things for this season. The bike will be completely new, it will be the Aprilia of 2025. We have Raúl who is in his fourth year in MotoGP, the second with Trackhouse, and who is ready, I hope, to express his full potential And we are also very excited to welcome Ai Ogura, the Moto2 world champion, who joins our team as a rookie, very talented. 'East It's up to us, it's up to us to do a good job, to work with Aprilia to develop the bike.”
Trackhouse is the first MotoGP team to organize its launch and the rest of the program is harmoniously organized between the different manufacturers. The official Aprilia team will in fact be the next to be revealed, from Thursday, before the Ducati teams, then KTM, Yamaha and finally Honda. A global launch of the season will then be organized on February 9 in Bangkok, just before the last winter test which will be held in Buriram.
