With 69 world titles obtained in the various world motorsport competitions on two and four wheels alone in 2024, the Brembo Group, specialist in brakes, has exceeded the milestone of 700 world titles obtained in nearly 50 years of presence in the world of motor sports competition.

Formula 1, MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3, World Rally Championship, or even World Superbike: the world competitions in which Brembo has accumulated success as a supplier of brake systems are countless.

The Italian supplier is a leader in the production of braking systems in the world of sports competition and is celebrating a successful year 2024: with 69 titles won, the company boasts a “undisputed leadership” in the braking systems sector.

Brembo is pleased that all 24 races of the 2024 Formula 1 World Championship have been won by cars equipped with its brakes. Since 1975, the Bergamo company has won 531 victories in 851 Grands Prix, i.e. 30 drivers’ titles and 34 constructors’ titles.

The domination in MotoGP also continues. Since 1978, 592 victories in the premier category (500 and MotoGP) bear witness to Brembo’s excellence. For the ninth consecutive year, all MotoGP riders have chosen the performance and safety of Brembo components. With 36 drivers’ titles and 37 manufacturers’ titles won with the best teams, Brembo is synonymous with innovation and victory in the world of two wheels.

The 2024 season also consolidates Brembo’s dominance in electric motorsport. For the sixth consecutive season, the 22 fully electric Gen3 single-seaters in FIA Formula E and the 18 electric Ducatis in the FIM MotoE World Cup relied on the excellence of Brembo braking systems.

In addition to the already mentioned championships of Formula 1, Formula E, MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3 and WSBK, it is also worth mentioning the WEC, GT, IMSA, EWC, Gen-7 Car, MXGP, Enduro, Trial, Formula 2, Formula 3 , WRC, Super Formula, MotoAmerica, Porsche Mobil1 Supercup, and many more, for a total of more than 700 world titles won from 1975 to today in various categories.
