This victory (12-14, 14-12, 11-6, 7-11, 11-4) allows the two star brothers of French ping to end the year as world No.1, a first for French people.

Already crowned European champions together at the end of October in Austria, the Lebrun brothers won with great mental strength, while they were dominated during the first part of the meeting by the Japanese (6th in the WTT ranking), at home . But after reversing the trend, it was ultimately the beauty that everything came down to for the French.

The WTT Finals, the equivalent of the tennis Masters, close the season on the international pinging circuit.
