In a video on his Instagram account, he reveals behind the scenes of his return with the Meyer Shank Racing team, an IndyCar team. The team owned by Mike Shank and Jim Meyer has confirmed that it will use its final day of evaluation testing to run Logan Sargeant at the Thermal Club, California. A private circuit which will become a full-fledged championship event next season.
The 23-year-old American will be tested on a 17-turn, 3,067-mile road circuit on November 19 in one of the team's Honda-powered Dallara DW12s.
Logan Sargeant competed in 37 Formula 1 races at Williams before being replaced by Argentinian Franco Colapinto in August, following months of speculation that the Floridian would not be retained by Williams for 2025.
Anticipating the change, Logan manager Sargeant contacted several IndyCar teams in recent months to inquire about possible opportunities to secure a future in the automotive world.
