The future of the 20-minute red card, tested during this November tour, is on the agenda. And, while we thought that its final application would be approved, the dissensions between the pro and the anti pushed World Rugby to postpone the final vote.
On Thursday, a simple intermediate vote will take place to find out whether the global test is continued or not. If the experiment is extended, its application will then be discussed again in May 2025. A postponement which already weakens the final adoption of this new regulation.
