Vuelta. The general classification of the riders after the 11th stage, won by Eddie Dunbar

Eddie Dunbar (Jayco – Alula) raises his arms on the line and takes a prestigious victory on the steep roads of Galicia. A spectacular race punctuated by numerous passes and animated by a fiery Xandro Meurisse (Alpecin – Deceunink) in the breakaway during this 11e stage of the Vuelta a España, which took place this Wednesday, August 28 between Campus Tecnológico Cortizo and Padrón. Ben O’Connor maintains his place as leader, despite a scare on the last climb of the day (Puerto Cruxeiras). The Australian from the Decathlon-AG2R La Mondiale team lost 37 seconds to Primoz Roglic (Red Bull – Bora – Hansgrohe) and Enric Mas (Movistar).
